Death
KOSCIUSKO May 12. — Henry Furr, 83, and veteran community leader of the Center community, this county, passed away at the home of his son, Burton Furr of this city here today. Mr. Furr is a well known and much liked citizen of Attala county, being one of the oldest men in the county. He has numerous relatives throughout the county. He is survived by ore brother, Tom Furr of Kosciusko, a well known resident of this city; two daughters Mrs. Della Hudson, of Louisville; and Mrs. Joe May, Kosciusko; three sons, Sam Furr, Walter Furr, Burton Furr, all of Kosciusko. Funeral services were held today at Center Baptist church, with the Rev. Z. A. Blocker, Baptist minister in charge. Interment was in the Center cemetery.Clarion-Ledger, Jackson, Mississippi, May 13, 1932
