Death
Mrs. Lovina Furr, of North Albemarle, died at Mt. Pleasant where she had gone to nurse a sick daughter on Tuesday morning. The body was brought to Albemarle and the funeral services held at North Albemarle Baptist church on Wednesday morning at 1 o'clock, Rev. Brantley Reid assisted by Rev. Smith, having conducted the services. The body was buried at Poplin’s Grove cemetery. The deceased at the time of her death was 60 years of age.Stanly News and Press, Albemarle, North Carolina, September 28, 1923
