Brookhaven, Miss., June 4. – Mrs. Mahala Furr Cupit, aged 70, died at her home and the funeral was held at Damascus Church. Mrs. Culpit was the widow of the late John Cupit.The Commercial Appeal, Memphis, Tennessee, June 5, 1927
