ASHEBORO - Ruby Lee McCrimmon Campbell, 56, of 924 Ridgeway Circle died Tuesday, July 5, 1994, at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro. Funeral will be at 4:30 p.m. Friday at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel conducted by the Rev. Joe Brown. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery. Mrs. Campbell was a native of Moore County and employed at Randolph Mall. Surviving are husband, Bernie Garrett Campbell Sr. of the home; daughters, Miss Nora Campbell, Mrs. Terry "Debbie" Russell, both of Asheboro; sons, Johnny Campbell, Clifton Campbell, Jessie Campbell, all of Asheboro, Bernie Garrett Campbell Jr. of the home; sisters, Ms. Mary Furr, Mrs. Dorothy Luck, both of Asheboro; brothers, Lonnie Furr of Randleman, Hank Furr, Arthur Furr, David Furr, all of Asheboro; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. The family will be at Ridge Funeral Home from 7-9 tonight, and other times at the home.
