Death
CONCORD Mrs. Robin Furr French, 52, formerly of Concord, passed away at her current residence in Wilmington, Thursday, March 7, 2013. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. today (Sunday, March 10), at Wilkinson Funeral Home, with the service to follow in the chapel at 2 p.m. The Rev. Rick Wilson will officiate. Burial will follow the service at Carolina Memorial Park. Robin was born Aug. 31, 1960, in Cabarrus County, daughter to Phillip R. and Linda Porter Furr, of Concord. She was preceded in death by her husband, James P. French; and a brother, Randy Furr. In addition to her parents, survivors include her son, Patrick "Shane" French, of the home; brothers, Roger Furr, of Lexis and Rick Furr, of Concord.
