Death
Robert Samuel Furr was born April 12, 1938 in Oklahoma City to Wiley and Ardena (Hester) Furr. He passed away May 22, 2002 at 64 years of age. Survivors include his wife Evelyn of Newcastle, children Robert S. Furr, Jr. of Newcastle, Howard R. Furr and wife Karen, Melissa Machelle Marshall, and Terry L. Furr and wife Kimberly, all from Oklahoma City; Bryan L. Furr, Blake E. Furr, and Clinton H. Furr all from Newcastle; mother Ardena Sharpe of Oklahoma City; brothers and sisters Wyladean Gabel of Texas, Toy F. Furr of Moore, Mary Doucet of Oklahoma City, Roger Sharpe of Oklahoma City; numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter Robin Sue Furr and his father. Services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, May 25, 2002 at the Calvary Baptist Tabernacle in Oklahoma City. Rev.
