BRADY (BBC) — Services for Walter Furr, 84, of Brady and formerly of Menard, who died at 10 p.m. Saturday in Heart of Texas Memorial Hospital, were to be at 9:30 a.m. today in Wilkerson Funeral Home. Graveside services were to be at 1:30 p.m. in Robert Lee Cemetery. He was born March 29, 1891, in Wilson County. He married Emma Stroud, Feb. 10, 1917, in Stockdale. A Brady resident for six years, he was a retired rancher and a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, one son, K. S.
