Death
BRADY (SC) — Mrs. Emma Francis Furr, 85, of Brady, died at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday in Heart of Texas Memorial Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Wilkerson Southside Chapel with burial at 2 p.m. in Robert Lee Cemetery. She was born Nov. 29, 1891 in Stockdale and married Walter S. Furr Feb. 10, 1917 in Stockdale. She lived the last eight years in a local rest home. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include one son, K. S. Furr of Austin; one sister, Mrs. Allene Goodram of Brady; and two grandchildren.San Angelo Standard-Times, San Angelo, Texas, September 16, 1977
