Mr. Willie W. Furr, age 77, of Douglasville, passed away Tuesday morning. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Madge Logan Furr; two daughters, Mrs. Clyde Johnston, Powder Springs, and Mrs. F. L. Sink, Atlanta; three sons, Mr. C. J. Furr, Douglasville, Mr. W. T. Furr and Mr. Johnnie Powell, both of Atlanta; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother, Mr. J. S. Furr, Villa Rica; one sister, Mrs. N. M. Willoughby, Douglasville; several nieces and nephews, Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 9, 1957, at 2:30 p.m. at Friendship Primitive Baptist Church. Rev. Paul Carter will officiate.
