Hugh Jackson Furr, Jr., 52, of 3505 Grandview Dr., died Saturday, July 21, 1979 near Bamburg, Germany. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Bow Boswell Furr; son, Hugh Jackson Furr, III; daughter, Carole Clements of Bamburg, Germany; two sisters, Ann Furr Miller of Prescot, Arizona and Nancy Furr Boyd of Georgia; three brothers, James H. Howard, Chesterfield, Edward E. and F. Scott Furr both of South Hill. Family will receive friends 7-9 P.M. Friday at the Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Homes Chippenham Chapel 6900 Hull St. Rd. where services will be held 11 A.M. Saturday. Interment Dale Memorial Park.Richmond Times-Dispatch, Richmond, Virginia, July 27, 1979
