Death
TUNICA — Rose F. Spencer, 80, died Saturday at Senatobia Convalescent Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church with burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial Funeral Home has charge. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Ms. Spencer, widow of Wilford Spencer, leaves five daughters, Hazel Lane and Geraldine Parker, both of Tunica, Bernice David of Como, Evelyn Blaylock of Greenville, and Dorothy Hannah of Senatobia; five sons, Roy Edward Spencer, Wilton E. Spencer, and Billy Gene Spencer, all of Tunica, J. R. Spencer of Horn Lake, and Wilford Spencer Jr. of Amarillo, Texas, 28 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the First Baptist Church of Tunica and Faith Baptist Church of Tunica.The Commercial Appeal, Memphis, Tennessee, January 13, 1992
