Death
Concord, July 17. — Last rites were conducted at 3 o'clock Monday afternoon at Cold Water Baptist church for Jason Furr, 60, who died at his home in the city at 8:30 Saturday night. Death was due to pneumonia following an illness of more than two weeks. Burial was in the cemetery at Cold Water. The deceased had resided practically all of his life in this city. Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Laura Linker, four daughters, Mrs. A. R. Kennon, Mrs. Roy Bennett, Miss Lillian Furr and Mrs. Morris Stallings, all of this county, and three sons, R. A., T.
