Death
Rock Hill Record, Dec. 31: Mr. A.D. Furr, who with his sons has been engaged in the transfer business for a number of years, died very suddenly last evening about 8 o'clock. He and one of his sons were in a hack on their way home when he was stricken with apoplexy. The young man drove immediately to the Rock Hill Drug Co., for medical attention, but his father was dead by the time he reached there. The remains were taken to the undertaking establishment of Hardin& McCrorey, prepared for burial and sent to the home. The funeral and burial will take place tomorrow morning.Yorkville Enquirer, York, South Carolina, January 5, 1915
