Death
Mrs. Minnie Furr Fulp, 96, of 5900 Marty Lane, Clemmons, N.C., died Thursday at Knollwood Hall. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Mount Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery in Troy, N.C. Mrs. Fulp was born March 10, 1895, in Stanley County to Elam and Molly Shepard Furr. Most of her life was in Winston-Salem, and she was of the Baptist faith. Her husband, Benjamin Franklin Fulp died in 1945. She is now survived by four daughters, Mrs. Belle Cranford of Winston-Salem, Mrs. Helen Luper of Stanleyville, Mrs. Myrtle Fisher of Sandy Ridge, N.C., and Ruth Redding of Clemmons, N.C. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Grace Flowers of Lumberton, N.C. The family will receive friends at Vogler and Sons Main Street Chapel from 7 to 9 p.m.Winston-Salem Journal, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, December 20, 1991
