Death
BROOKHAVEN — Troy Lamar Furr, 71, a retired dairy farmer, died of heart failure Tuesday at Silver Cross Nursing Home. Services are 10 a.m. today at Brookhaven Funeral Home with graveside services at 1 p.m. in Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson. Mr. Furr, a Lincoln County native, was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include: wife, Julia; daughters, Rita Hart of Jackson and Lynn Jones of Reidsville, N.C.; brother, Fred Furr of Brookhaven; and three grandchildren.Clarion-Ledger, Jackson, Mississippi, September 30, 1993
