James Henry Critcher died 7 May 1925, probably of a ruptured appendix, peritonitis. He died at the hospital in Durham, Granville Co, NC. He was the assistant Postmaster and married. Born 22 Nov 1879 in Granville, Co. Father W. M. Critcher; mother Alice L. Knott. W. N. Critcher of Oxford was the informant (his father). Buried Elmwood Cemetery, May 9th.
