LaRessa Haden Herrin died 12 Feb 1957, Huntsville, AL; age 71. Parents were W. W. Haden and Lucy Vann.

LaRessa married William Wesley Herrin. She was apparently married first to an Edwards and he had been married to a Lucie. She is buried Maple Hill Cemetery, Huntsville, AL.
Her obituary posted on FindAGrave indicates one son - Haden Henry Edwards of the Bronx, in New York City, four stepsons. Two sisters were still living, Mrs. R. L. Gunn of Daytona Beach, FL, and Mrs. Elizabeth H. Byington of Huntsville.
The grave marker is joint between mother, Laressa Edwards Herrin, and son Henry Haden Edwards.
