18 Oct 1836 Jacob and wife Jane deed to John Craig. Wit: John Chesnut; Attest: John Chesnut, JP
These deeds appear to be the last mention of Jane, although she probably lived until after 1840.

Jacob Waggoner: 1m 60-70, 1f 60-70. [strangely he did not age since 1830 and again has a spouse the same age....]
Russle Waggoner: 2m -5, 1m 20-30. 2f -5, 1f 20-30

The children of Jane and Jacob are said to be
Sarah "Sally" who married James Girdley on 30 Nov 1815, Pulaski Co KY. She married 2nd Armsted Baker, Lawrence Co IN, 25 Jul 1823 [Indiana Marriage Database] She was deceased and named as Sally Baker in Jacob Waggoner's will in 1838. Two sons by Girdley - James & Alford - received $1.66 each from the estate as paid by Russell Waggoner, Administrator.
John. There are two marriages for a John Waggoner. One to Jane Denton in Martin Co, 13 Apr 1820. And another in Martin Co, to Charity Gore, 30 Jan 1834 [Indiana Marriage Database]
Polly who is listed as married to Thomas Denton on 1 Mar 1820 [Indiana Marriage Database] Jacob's will names Polly Denton as deceased in 1838.
Elizabeth, b. 1803 in VA, married Allen Brock The Indiana Marriage Database lists Allen Brock as marrying Elizabeth "Bond", in Lawrence Co on 19 Aug 1824.
Jacob, b. 1805, married Nancy Davies, 23 Dec 1827 Lawrence Co, IN [Indiana Marriage database], died 15 Oct 1874, Lawrence Co IN
Jane, b. 1802 in KY, married Robert Baker, 10 Dec 1830, Lawrence Co IN [Indiana Marriage database]
Lavina married Elisha Sargent, 3 Oct 1830, Lawrence Co IN [Indiana Marriage Database] She died about 1845.
Malinda, b. 1803 in KY, married Phillip Baker, 30 Aug 1727, Lawrence Co [Indiana Marriage Database] - she stated in 1880 that both her parents were born in Germany [Martin Co IN]. If that is true, she doesn't belong in this family.
Russell married Matilda Williams, 27 May 1835, Lawrence Co IN [Indiana Marriage Database]; he was born about 1815 in Kentucky.
Alexander, b. ca 1819 in Indiana. Married Harriet Coates, 30 Jul 1837, Lawrence Co IN [Indiana Marriage database]. Alexander married a second time to Sarah Mickey Stallings, 14 May 1885 - she gave her age as 47 [it was more like 57] - and was the daughter of Newton and Sarah (Parker) Pierce. This was her 3rd marriage. The groom gave his age as 65, and that he was the son of Jacob and Jane (Bird) Waggoner. Alexander stated in 1900 that both his parents were born in Virginia.

Jacob died 4 Jul 1843 in Lawrence Co. He left a will dated 3 Jun 1838 and proved 20 Jul 1843. Lawrence Co Book A, p.77. Sons Russell and Alexander to be executors. Named deceased daughters Polly Denton and Sally Baker and "all my heirs". No wife was named.
He is buried in the Wagoner Cemetery in Silverville, Indian Creek Twp, Lawrence Co IN: Waggoner, Jacob X. 1763 - 4 JUL 1843

1850. Lawrence Co IN
Russell Waggoner, age 35, b. KY. Matilda, 35, b. VA
Malinda 14, b. IN, William 19 [b. VA - probably not their child or age is wrong], John 12 b. IN, Didema 10, b. IN. Polly 8 b. IN, Amanda M. 6, b. IN, and Finley, age 2

1850. Baker Twp, Martin Co IN
Alexander Wagner, age 31, b. Indiana. Harriet, age 31.
Children are all listed as Bakers: Fountain 12, Nancy 9, Wallace & William age 6, twins - but they don't really seem to be in subsequent years, David 4, Sarah 1. Alexander's sisters Jane and Malinda both married Bakers, but they were still living and had children near this age. Sally said to have married James Girdley, but she must also have married Armistead Baker - however she was already deceased in 1838 so these children could not have been hers either. Perhaps Fountain had a middle name Baker and the enumerator just picked the name up for all the children.
