The Press-Enterprise, Riverside, California, July 28, 2000: Elinor "Betty" Louise Oldham, 76, died Wednesday of cancer at her home in Rialto. Private services were held. Stanley L. Dickey Mortuary in Fontana handled arrangements. Mrs. Oldham, who was born in Cheyenne Wells, Colo., lived in Rialto 15 years. Previously, she lived in Fontana 13 years. She was a ward clerk for Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center for 25 years before she retired. She was a member of Fontana Church of Christ for 40 years. Mrs. Oldham is survived by her husband, William; a son, Mark Crain of Rialto; a daughter, Peggy Crain of Rialto; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Johnathon McCance, Jr. of Fontana and Robert McCance of Grass Valley; and three sisters, Margaret Petrie, Frances Adams and Bertha McCance, all of Fontana.
