Lilias Carr

He [James Kirk Carr, Sr.] and most of the family survived the devastating Heppner Flood of 1903, but an infant daughter, 15 month old Lilias Carr, was lost. A memorial window in the east wall of the All Saints Episcopal Church in Heppner was dedicated to her.
