Granville Lewis Arnold Jr.

Granville Lewis Arnold was born 19 February 1873 in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee and died in April 1935. On 12 December 1899 he married at Fort Madison, Lee County, Iowa to Ethel Wilson. He was a conductor on the Santa Fe Railroad.
There were three (3) children born of the marriage.

Arnold, 62, and his brother, William A. Arnold, 72, died here, the former at his home last night at 8:10 o'clock and the latter at the Santa Fe hospital at 1:45 o'clock this morning. Both were members of the Christian church, the O. R. C. and Claypoole lodge, No. 13, A. F. and A. M. They were both conductors for the Santa Fe.
Granville Arnold was born Feb. 19, 1873, at Nashville, Tenn., and had lived here 59 years. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Orville and Traverse; a daughter, Mrs. A. J. Isenberger, and three grandchildren, all of this city.
William Arnold was born Aug. 22, 1862, in Henry county, Iowa, and had lived here since 1892. He is survived by his wife and several nieces and nephews.
Double funeral services will be held from Clements chapel Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with burial in Oakland cemetery. Rev. C. E. Francisco will be in charge.
