The Daily Guide,Waynesville, Missouri, Wednesday, April 3, 1991, page 2: Funeral services for Gladys Marie Dye, 94, of Amarillo, Texas formerly of Waynesville, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, in the First Baptist Church of Waynesville. Burial will be in the Waynesville Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Dye, a retired teacher, died at 11:35 a.m. Sunday March 31, 1991 in Amarillo, Texas. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Wednesday at Waynesville Memorial Chapel. Survivors include one daughter, Velma Gray of Amarillo, Texas one son, Kenneth Dye of Houston, Texas, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Memorial contributions have been suggested to the First Baptist Church of Waynesville Building Fund.
