Nashua: Mrs. Hattie Taylor, 88, Wednesday at her home following a fall: born Sept. 29, 1866, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Clason; educated in the West Union and Osage school; married to Charles Taylor, July 12, 1882; active in the Methodist church for many years and was a past secretary of the Sunset Club of that church; leaves daughter Mrs. Laura Ableiter of Nashua; husband died several years ago; funeral was Saturday.

Aged Nashua Woman Hurt in Fall Dies. Nashua---Mrs. Hattie Taylor, 89, widow of Charles Taylor, died Wednesday night in Cedar Valley hospital at Charles City of a skull fracture suffered in a fall Wednesday. She has a ground floor apartment at the Kirkland hotel here and had been shopping for groceries. It was believed that as she started to enter her apartment the wind blew a storm door against her knocking her down. Her only survivor is a daughter, Mrs. Laura Ableiter, Nashua, who had gone to Chicago some time ago on a visit.
