Daily Nonpareil, Council Bluffs, Iowa, Tuesday, February 23, 1960, Page 6, Col. 4: Mrs. Clara Bell Seley, 83, 303 Ninth Ave., died Monday at her home following several years of poor health. A native of Towanda, Pa., she was a Council B;luffs resident 45 years. She was the widow of Samuel Seley who died in 1936. Mrs. Seley was a member of Trinity Methodist Church and the Degree of Honor.

Survivors include: son, Glen of Council Bluffs; brother, Lynn Antisel of Prescott; a grandchild, Mrs., Rosella O'Neal who made her home with Mrs. Seley; and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Woodring Chapel. Interment will be at the Mount Zion Cemetery near Prescott.
