R. Borgsdorf Mortuary. The Rev. T. W. Hall, pastor of the Pentecostal Church of God in Bakersfield, will officiate and interment will follow in Union Cemetery. Mr. Cowan was born in Eufaula , Okla., on July 11, 1926, and had lived in this area for the past three years, residing on the Flick Ranch in Edison. He died Sept. 21. Survivors include his widow, Dorothy; daughters, Patricia, Linda and Trevia, son, Raymond Jr.; parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Cowan of Marvel*, Ark.; sisters, Mrs. Velma Peters, Miss Dalca May [Delka Mae] Cowan and Miss Wilma Cowan of Kansas City, Mo., Mrs. Wylina [Wylena] Burns of Kansas City, Kan., and Mrs. Oleta Jackson of Marvel*, Ark.; brothers, Leroy Cowan of Casa Grande, Ariz., and James Cowan of Marvel*, Ark.; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Lydia Guinn of Eufauly [Eufaula], Okla.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
