B. degree from Union College at Barbourville, Ky., and studies at the Univ. of Ky. and at Columbia Univ. where she received a B. S. degree from the School of Library Service. She has taught in the London High School since 1929. She is a member of the Baptist Church and of Federated Woman's Club. Cecil was born at Middlesboro, Ky. He attended Lee Baptist Institute Pennington Gap, Va., and is a graduate of the Middlesboro High School and McNeil's Business College. He is an agent for the Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. at London.
