Lexington Herald, Lexington, Kentucky, Thursday, December 25, 1975, Page 55: Cox, Mrs. Mary Lee, 52, 537 Clinton Rd., died Wednesday at the central Baptist Hospital after a short illness, a native of London, Ky., she was the daughter of the late W. R. and Mary Robertson Engle. She attended the University of Kentucky and Bethel Women's College in Hopkinsville, Ky. Mrs. Cox was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, the Lexington Women's Club, Sinawik Club, and the Fayette County Bar Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband, Walter C. Cox, Jr.; two daughters, Miss Mary Eugenia and Miss Rebecca Lee Cox, both of Lexington; one brother, Ralph Engle, Lexington; two sisters, Mrs. Cecil Yeary and Mrs. Fred Byble, both of London, Ky. Funeral services will be conducted 11:30 a.m. Friday at the W. R. Milward Mortuary, Broadway by Dr. Franklin Owen with burial to follow in the A. R. Dyche Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-9 p.m. today.
