Hildreth, of Akron, Ohio, on last Thursday evening, at the home of the bride's father, in the presence of a few relatives and friends. Rev. E. H. Cunningham, pastor of the Methodist church, officiated using the beautiful ring ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Hildreth left immediately after the ceremony for Akron, Ohio.

Formerly of Akron, she was born in Kentucky, and was a member of the First Methodist Church, D.A.R. and P.E.O. Mrs. Hildreth is survived by daughter, Mrs. Marilyn H. Tompkins; son, James A. Hildreth, both of Jackson, Mich.; grandchildren, Mark Tompkins of South Carolina, John Hildreth and wife, Sheryl of Portland, Ore., Patti V. Hildreth of Climax, Mich., David Hildreth and wife, Laurie of Ann Arbor, Mich., Brian Hildreth and wife, Linda of Canton, Mich.; four great-grandchildren; and sister, Virginia Engle of Akron. Funeral services will be Saturday, 1 p.m., at the Billow Fairlawn Chapel 85 N. Miller Rd., Rev. Douglas Denton officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday, 6 to 9 p.m. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Ella Sharpe Museum Association, 3225 4th St., Jackson, Mich. 49203; or Berea College, Berea, Ky.
