[Special to The Herald] Richmond, Ky., Sept. 16---Funeral services for Judge James Franklin Engle, 75, who died Sunday night at the Berea College hospital, will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Union church in Berea, the Rev. Seth Huntington and Dr. W. J. Hutchins, president of Berea College, officiating. Burial will be held in the Berea cemetery. Judge Engle is survived by his wife, three daughters, Mrs. E. S. Aellts, Little Rock, Iowa; Mrs. G. S. Heldreth, Akron, Ohio, and Miss Virginia Engle, Berea. A son, Stanley Lane Engle, died in 1928.
