State St., died at 1:31 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, 1986, in Rockford Memorial Hospital after a short illness. Born May 24, 1908, in Rockford, daughter of Fred and Amelia Nesernan Servatius. Lived most of her life in Rockford. Married Lewis F. Yocom in Dubuque, Iowa, in 1941; he died Oct. 28, 1963. Registered Nurse, employed in Chicago 16 years; also held various sales positions 30 years. Member of St. James Catholic Church. Graduated from Rockford High School in 1926 and Swedish American School of Nursing in 1929. Survivors include a niece, Amelia Yunek, Rockford and four cousins. Also predeceased by parents, a sister and a brother. Services at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 3, in St. James Catholic Church, with the Rev. Bernard J. Mullane, pastor, officiating. Burial in Willwood Burial Park. Arrangements by Sundberg Funeral Home LTD., 215 N. 6th St. Friends may call at the church from 9 to 9:30 a.m. Friday. Memorials in her name to the church.
