Seattle Daily Times, Seattle, Washington, Monday, February 15, 1960, Page 37: Mrs. Mary Viola Snyder, 69, of Tacoma, a former resident of Seattle, died in a Tacoma hospital yesterday. Mrs. Snyder, born in Des Moines, Iowa, came to Seattle as a child. She lived in Seattle about seven years before moving to Tacoma. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Fred Barth, Tacoma, and Mrs. William R. Enslie, in Germany; two brothers, Arthur and William Carlson, both of Montana, and eight grandchildren. Mrs. Snyder was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Services are pending with the Mountain View Funeral home in Tacoma.
