Obituary from the Newport Miner, Thursday, April 7, 1966. Funeral Services held at St. Anthony's Church of Dora M. Kirkpatrick. Dora M. Kirkpatrick, 63, passed away April 2 at the Newport Community Hospital. She had been a resident of Newport for the past thirteen years. Fred J. Kirkpatrick, husband, survives at the home; three daughters, Mrs. Eugene Winter, St. Maries, ID; Mrs. Kay Charles, Plummer, ID; Mrs. Vern Upton, Salt Lake City, Utah; 18 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren. Rosary was recited on Monday evening, April 4, at 8 pm from the Chapel of the Sherman Funeral Home and funeral services were held Tuesday, April 5 from St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Father William Hanly officiating. Interment followed at Newport Cemetery.
