Worland Grit, Worland, Wyoming not dated: Mrs. George Brown dies in California. Mrs. George W. Brown, 74, died in San Luis Obispo, Calif., Oct. 2. Mrs. Brown had resided all her life in the Ten Sleep area until the family recently moved to Morro Bay, Calif. She was born Aug. 9, 1892, on a ranch near Hyattville to John T. and Emma Smith. Survivors include her widower; a daughter, Mrs. Amada Moore, Cody; a son, Morgan Brown, Worland; four brothers, John J. Smith, Hyattville, Joe E. Smith, Ten Sleep, Jess D. Smith, Lake Park, Calif., [J] ames B., Denver, Colo.; a sister Mrs. Elmer (Ruth) Durfey, Cascade, Mont.; three grandsons and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Masonic lodge in Ten Sleep.
