The informant on Eliza's death certificate was a grandson named Charles Morahan whose address was Clombrislawn, Cleaheen, Carrick-on-Shannon). However I have been unable to determine which of Eliza's sons had a son named Charles who lived in Clombrislawn - and there may have been more than one grandson named Charles in Clombrislawn).

Note: I have also seen Eliza's surname spelled as Currigan.
