Patrick GORDON

(6 Apr 1870 - 14 Nov 1912)

Patrick was a district inspector in the RIC (Royal Irish Constabulary). Although he appears to be living in New Ross, Co. Wexford in both the 1901 and 1911 censuses, his daughter was born in Dunmanway, Co. Cork in 1903, indicating that Patrick was serving in Dunmanway at that time.

Patrick died aged 42 of "general paralysis", the duration of which was one year, according to his death certificate.
