William Floyd Hamp is another senior citizen who has reached the 90th mark and he is going strong.
Hamp owns and maintains a three-apartment complex at 106 Battle Creek Ave., does his own housework, drives a car and is described by relatives as "mentally and physically alert." He also is an active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Tabernacle.
Hamp recently celebrated his 90th birthday at a family gathering at the home of his daughter, Kitty (Mrs. LaVern) Bowers. The gathering included his other daughters, Mildred (Mrs. Pete) Minear and Maxine (Mrs. Wayne) Lovejoy, his sons Milton, Myron and Eugene Hamp, his sister Mabel Hamp Keusch and her three sons, his sister-in-law, Mrs Lottie Hamp; brother-in-law Lloyd Noble, and nephew Kenneth Gillette.
