According to Frank's death certificate, he lived in Houston Texas for 4 years before his death. His address at death was 3154 Parker Road. he was widowed, 88y4m10d at death. He was born in Savana, Illinois, (which doesn't match other info I have from Hamp researchers). Informant was Johnnie K. Hamp, his son?. He was cremated at Brookside Crematory in Houston Texas. Writing is difficult to read, but may have died of cirhossis of the liver

Frank and Grace also raised Civian Collins (b. 1911). She was not adopted, but went by the name of Hamp. She was Gertrude's sister's child.
