Individual Details

Not much is known about Marie Charlotte, as we have only recently learned that she existed. We have her birth record, but no indication of when she died. Since she is not listed when Thomas and Marie appear in the census in Louisiana, we assume that she died sometime before the census and before the twins. Of particular interest is the fact that it seems the first female child of the couple was named after the mother, and if we are approximately correct in her brother Thomas' birth date, the last child was named after the father.
