1880 census for Davenport, NY shows him as Henry Hebbard born in NY age 61 (born 1818) and living with a Julia D. and his sister Harriet, age 70 (born 1810) who was also born in New York. His parents were born in CT. He is a retired silver smith.
1870 census for Davenport, NY shows him age 50 (born 1820) living with his brother Horace and Samantha. He is a retired merchant. The farm was on the north side of the Charlotte River, opposite Davenport Center about a half mile away and like many Catskills people, they took in summer boarders from the eastern seaboard cities per Dr. Bangs book page 39.
1860 census for New York City, Ward 8, shows a Henry Hebbard, a silver smith, living with Abigal Hebberd, must be his mother, in the household of George Smith, a silver smith and George's family.
1843 IGI shows Henry Hebbard marriage to Julia A. Douglas on 4 Sept 1843 in NY. (?) This does not match up with info in the 1860 census above but does match up with the 1880 census shown above.
