Phebe was born about 1620. She was the daughter of Zacheus Gould.The Great Migration Begins: Immigrants to New England 1620-1633, Volumes I-III.
She married Thomas Perkins, son of John Perkins by about 1644. Their oldest child was born by 1644.
Child named in will of Thomas Perkins:#Zacheus who received the farm he lived on "which I had of my father Gould."
