The King gave his assent for her second marriage to Robert de Gynes (Guines), younger son of Arnoul II, Count of Guines on 10 January 1247/48 if she consented, but it is possible the marriage didn't ever take place, and she was definitely unmarried in April 1249.Cokayne, p. 319, including note (e) She founded Abbey of Buckland in Devon, and died shortly before 21 January 1283/84.Cawley, Cokayne, p. 319 The Priory of St Martin-des-Champs in Paris, (quoted by Cawley) notes that she died on 27 November, presumably in 1283, but this isn't confirmed by any other source.Cawley For more information about her life see - Richardson, Douglas, Magna Carta Ancestry, [http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=8JcbV309c5UC&pg=PA454&dq=richardson+magna+carta+taviensis+guines&hl=en&sa=X&ei=dydjVIXzLc-u7Aa9lIGABA&ved=0CCsQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q=richardson%20magna%20carta%20taviensis%20guines&f=false 2nd edn.
