It is difficult to be certain about Christian's mother, or whether she has descendants. Her father the Earl of Atholl, and her husband, are at least clear.

Her husband had at least 2 children (but 2 wives also, who might have been mother of the children?). The son John died without issue. Marie his sister inherited. [http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/read/GEN-MEDIEVAL/2014-05/1400225322 Verity] believes we can not be certain about who Christian's mother was, but mentions "She is called the third daughter of the 2nd wife in DP, and is listed as the 4th daughter in SP Atholl (1904). She is omitted in BEP and not mentioned in CP."

"Niel II., as third Laird of Forthergill, Garth, &c. He married Christian, daughter of John, first Earl of Athole, as is proved by a very curious bond of manrent between his father, Niel L, and the Earl, which is dated 22nd January 1477, and provides for the marriage of the said Christian with Niel, son of
Niel Stewart of Forthergill.
She died on 30th May 1538, and was buried in the Cathedral of Dunkeld, or, in the words of the Chronicle of Forthergill, " Obitus Christine Stuart, Domina de Forthergill, et sponse Nigelli Roy de Fortyrgill, qui obiit apud Fos penultimo die Mai, et sepulta apud
Dunkeld A D 1 Mv°xxxviij."
This is confirmed in almost the same wording by the Dean of Lismore's Chronicle, which adds that she died at Garth, and was buried near the Altar of Ninian. This marriage of " Niel Stewart of Garth " to Lady Christian is mentioned in the MSS. of Lord Ochiltree. —(Adv.
