Death
Palm City, Fla.The Rev. Lee D. Carbaugh, 55 of Palm City, died Sunday, Dec. 22, 1991 at home following an extended illness.A native of Greencastle PA*, he was along time resident of Chambersburg, PA and moved to Palm City seven years ago. He was ordained in The Church of God of Prophecy of Cleveland, TN. and spent 23 years in the ministry. He was active in the Palm city, FL ministerial Association. He was an Army Veteran.Survivors include his wife Edna M. Carbaugh; three sons, Michael of Orlando, Timothy and Eric, both of Palm City; a sister, Margaret Poe of Chambersburg ; and four brothers, Lester of Greencastle, Orville and Preston, both of Waynesboro, PA and Marvin of Chambersburg. Service will be at 2 pm Friday in Church of God of Prophecy of Palm City, 7346 SW 39th St. Bishop A.J. Coalter will officiate.Visitation will be from 7-9pm Thursday at Wallace & White Funeral Home chapel, Stuart. Merorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Martin Inc., 2300 SE Ocean Blvd., Stuart, Fla 34996 * born near Mercersburg, Pa and native to Upton area.Endnotes
