François Després Guyon
(7 Dec 1639 - 5 Mar 1718)
Though François was born in New France, he made several trips to France in order to obtain merchandise for his store. He met Jean-Baptiste de Poitiers and his sister, Charlotte, during their crossing in 1660 and remained good friends. He married the same day as his older brother, Michel, who married his wife`s sister.
