Claude Guyon

(22 Apr 1629 - 23 Feb 1694)

Claude was known for his story telling skills which captivated all gatherings. After their house burned down in Quebec city, he moved the family to a concession at Ste-Famille, on the Island of Orléans, near Quebec city. This concession of land had belonged to his brother Jean who, as a land surveyor, did not have the time to cultivate it.
