George & Elizabeth SetterFrederick George Setter, known as George (1828-1905), married his first wife Anne Hayden (1823-1855) at Totnes, Devon, England in 1848. They emigrated in 1852 and arrived in Australia at the port of Geelong, Victoria in 1852 on the ship the ‘Sir Edward Parry’.
Elizabeth Lucy Parker (1828-1907) married her first husband Henry Cambridge (1829-1855), at Barley, Hertfordshire in 1850. Henry and Elizabeth emigrated from England and arrived at the port of Geelong in 1853.
Both George and Elizabeth’s spouses died shortly after arriving at Geelong and are buried there. George and Elizabeth married the following year at Geelong in 1856. At the commencement of the marriage, they already had five children between them. Together they would produce a further seven children.
