Frank Breniman
Frank P. Breniman, 82, passed away on Monday, Jan. 30, 2006, in fort Collins. Cremation will be completd. No services are planned at this time.
Frank Pierce Breniman was born July 16, 1923, in Forth Collins to Clifton Rudolph and Alpha Mae (Brackney) Breniman. Frank was a resident of Fort Collins all his life. He attended Plummer elementary School and graduated from Fort Collins High School. Frank spent his life as a dairy farmer, having bought the Breniman Farm in 1954 from his family. He married Patricia L. Mason on May 15, 1949, in Taos, N.M.
Frank served his country in the Navy during World War II. He was stationed mostly in Hawaii as a mechanical engineer working on the ariplanes. One of his greatest achievements in the military was working on President Roosevelt's plane. Frank was recently awarded a lifetime membership to the American Legion. He was also a member of the Holstein Dairy Association.
Mr. Breniman loved to spend time fishing and growing things. He enjoyed working in his garden and traveling in his RV with his wife.
Mr. Breniman is preceded in death by his parents; son, Frankie; tow brothers' and one sister. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Pat Breiniman, of Fort Collins; his daughters, Pat Herman (Mike), of Seal Beach Calif., and Dian Tamura (Bob), of Anaheim, Calif.; his sister, Bonnie Kersenbrock, of Palisade; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Patricia "Pat" L. Breiniman, 76, passed away June 20, 200\, at her home in Fort Collins.
Her remains will be scattered over the Pawneee National Grasslands. No memorial services are planned.
Pat was born June 26, 1931, to Maymie Day Mason and William Mason in Alamosa, the hub of the San Luis Valley. Life was very difficult after the death of her father at an early age. Memories of her mother, two sisters (June and Jo) and three brothers (Ted ,Rex and Bill) living in the 1930s and '40s were passed on to the future generations.
She married Frank Breniman in Taos, N. M., on May 15, 1949. In Fort Collins they continued the building of the pioneer designated homestead working the dairy farm. She was a multi-talented woman who delivered calves, ran machinery and lived dawn to dusk accomplishing all that it took to meet the superior standards of running a dairy farm. She was a lifetime Colorado resident who befriended and helped those who came into her life. She enjoyed bowling, fishing, gambling and loved animals, tame or wild. This was evidenced by the adoption of two wild burros, Heetie and Hush in 1982.
She is survived by two daughters, Pat Herman (Mike) and Dian Tamura (Bob); three granddaughters, Jodie, Marcie and Jackie; two great grandsons, Kyle and Payton; nieces, Linda Spraitzer, Moria Rodick and Peggy Olson and Theresa Buderus, and other numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; son, Frankie; parents, sisters and brothers.
