MARY LOU (BRENIMAN Weddle,: Newspaper Obituary and Death Notice

Deceased Name: MARY LOU (BRENIMAN Weddle,
WEDDLE, MARY LOU (BRENIMAN), 69, died August 29, at Menifee Valley Medical Center as the result of a massive stroke. She had undergone treatment for cancer for 6 months prior to being stricken. Mrs. Weddle lived in Sun City for the past four years at 26411 Tanglewood Drive; in Buena Park for the prior 25 years. Mrs. Weddle was an accomplished water colorist & quilter, serving as President of the Sun City Arts & Crafts Guild during 2002-03. During the 50's & 60's she served as an elementary school teacher. In the 70's & 80's she served as Field Director for Opinion Research of California, returning to teaching in 1990. She retired as a special education teacher in 1998. Mrs. Weddle is survived by her husband, Donald, Vice President, Sun City Civic Association; her daughter, Megan Mabe, of Cedar Rapids, IA; her son, Michael, of Pleasanton, CA.; her brother Paul Breniman of Raleigh, NC; & five grandchildren. In lieu of other remembrances, contributions to the American Cancer Society are requested. Memorial service will be Saturday, Sept. 20th, 10:00 AM at Miller-Jones Sun City Chapel, 26770 Murrieta Rd., Sun City, 92586.
