Elizabeth Cantrell
(1837 - )
"Elizabeth and James Van Hooser live at Mansfield, Missouri." (THE CANTRILL - CANTRELL GENEALOGY, 1908, by Susan Cantrill Christie, page 103.)
(NOTE FROM RALPH TERRY: According to page 44 of (CANTRELL - CANTRILL, 1972 by Horace Elbert Cantrell, Jane Cantrell, born 1844, daughter of William Cantrell, married James Jasper Van Hooser. This information appears to be in error. Comparing this information about Jane, daughter of William, with the data on page 106 and Van Hooser information beginning on page 578 of Horace Cantrell's manuscript, it appears that Jane Cantrell, born 1844, daughter of William Cantrell was not the Elizabeth Jane that married James Jasper Van Hooser. It appears that the Elizabeth Jane that married James Jasper Van Hooser is this Elizabeth Cantrell, who was born in 1837 and was the daughter of Jacob Cantrell. The family of James Jasper and Elizabeth Van Hooser has, therefore, been listed in this way for this genealogy. Christie also shows that both this Jane, daughter of William, and Elizabeth Jane, daughter of Jacob, married James Van Hooser, or Vanhouser.)
