(NOTE FROM RALPH TERRY: Melvina Van Hooser is shown in a list of children on page 45 of CANTRELL - CANTRILL, 1972 by Horace Elbert Cantrell. This is the family in which I believe her mother has been incorrectly placed. The correct family for Melvina's mother appears on pages 106 and 578. In these lists Melvina is not given as a child. Melvina could have been a cousin to the children of Elizabeth and James Van Hooser, rather than a child. I am leaving her in their list of children at this time, as I do not know what is correct.)
